About The Position

This position is for a recent CDL-A graduate in the Leesburg, FL area. The company offers a structured, paid training program for new graduates, where a trainer will accompany them for 3 to 5 weeks until they are ready to go solo. During training, drivers will learn safe Class A tractor-trailer operation, ELD operation and hours-of-service compliance, pre and post-trip inspection procedures, and dispatch communication. Once solo, drivers will operate a Class A tractor-trailer within DOT regulations, hauling no-touch dry van freight with approximately 70% drop and hook loads. Key responsibilities include hitting delivery windows, maintaining on-time performance, keeping ELD logs and trip paperwork accurate, completing vehicle inspections, and maintaining professional communication with dispatch and customers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license
• 21 years of age or older
• 120 or more hours from an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record
• Must clear DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
