About The Position

We are currently seeking a safety-focused Hybrid Driver with a CDL Class A for our Valparaiso, IN location. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of bulk lubricants and packaged petroleum products.

Requirements

• Valid CDL License Class A.
• HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements required.
• Several years of relevant CDL A full transport experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A and Class B vehicles to transport products between supplier facilities (including ExxonMobil locations), company branches, and customer sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload bulk and packaged shipments using pumps, hoses, meters, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and tank capacity prior to initiating bulk product transfers.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper delivery documentation, including bills of lading and transfer paperwork.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIRs) and report any equipment defects or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain strict compliance with all FMCSA/DOT regulations, including Hours-of-Service and electronic logging requirements.
