About The Position

The Roll-Off Driver safely, efficiently, and courteously provides waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. The driver collects waste from customer sites and transports it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to safely maneuver and operate heavy equipment in tight or high-traffic areas, including backing up 120 feet or more.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors up to 100% of the time in varying weather conditions.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of roll-off driving experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll-off truck and equipment to collect waste in accordance with safety procedures.
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections, truck reports, and route documentation.
• Promptly report mechanical issues, potential site hazards, and incidents to supervisors.
• Maintain clean equipment and follow route quality standards.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Attend safety and branch meetings.
• Work overtime as required.
