About The Position
Kickstart your trucking career in Carlsbad with structured 1-on-1 mentorship, guaranteed weekly income, and a tenure-based pay scale that grows right alongside your experience. Drivers will operate modern fleets, specifically 2023 and newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 models, all automatics. A dedicated truck is assigned to each driver, meaning no slip-seating. Once training is complete, drivers have the option to bring a family member or pet on the road. Tenure-based earnings range from $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly pay as you build time on the account. Additional incentives include an ongoing performance bonus program and $15 per stop. The operating territory covers 27 states, everything east of Denver, completely avoiding Northeast traffic and congestion, with expected weekly miles between 1,800 to 2,200. The freight variety includes a balanced mix of drop-and-hook, preloads, and live load/unload. Drivers can expect to be home every 2 weeks, with flexibility to discuss alternate schedules. Day and night dispatches are available, and weekend shifts are expected, with holidays open for discussion. Hiring requirements include a valid Class-A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (Age 21+). The company is open to trainees, drivers with 6+ months solo experience, teams, and owner-operators. A clean MVR and background check are required, along with mandatory hair and urine drug tests. Responsibilities
- Drive a dedicated truck (2023 and newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 models, all automatics).
- Operate within a 27-state territory (east of Denver).

- Meet weekly mileage goals of 1,800 to 2,200 miles.
