Winter driving may require chaining up, with instruction provided. Compensation includes an average weekly gross of $1,300, $0.69 per mile, $150 per day when no load is ready, $50 backhaul pay when available, and stop pay of $15 or $35 on short runs. Training pay is $850 per week. Drivers are off on six company holidays.
