About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road position based in Richmond, Virginia. Drivers haul no-touch dry van and general freight throughout the contiguous 48 states, with planned routes intended to support dependable miles and reduce waiting time. Drivers earn $1,425 to $1,625 per week and are home every weekend. Drivers use late-model automatic trucks and receive a dedicated driver manager for communication and support. Onboarding includes four days of paid orientation, with transportation, meals, and lodging covered. The company also describes a Path to Success pay program intended to help provide financial stability during job transitions. Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- At least 6 months of CDL-A driving experience within the last 12 months.
- Safe driving record.
- Ability to complete orientation.
