About The Position
Talon Recruiting has partnered with a National Heavy Equipment Dealer to find a Class A CDL Driver to join their team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves the delivery of equipment and supplies to customers, loading and off-loading construction equipment, and advising customers on equipment operation. The driver will also identify and report other rental opportunities to the branch/sales staff, handle customer issues professionally, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate paperwork and driver logs.

- Class A CDL Driver
Responsibilities
- Delivery of equipment and supplies to customers on-time
- Loading and off- loading Construction Equipment for customers
- Advise customers about operation of equipment when necessary
- Advise branch/sales staff of other rental opportunities identified during the course of transporting to/from jobsites
- Dealing with customer issues in a professional manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Making sure paper work is correct and complete (stock #’s, fuel, damages)
- Ensuring driver logs are properly filled out and filed
