About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers with a HAZMAT endorsement (or willingness to obtain within 60 days) for a regional driving position. This role involves multi-stop loads, primarily in IN, IL, IA, MO, and WI, with driver unload using an electric pallet jack. The freight consists of palletized batteries. Drivers will typically handle 2-3 loads per week, working 5 days with 2 consecutive days off on the weekend, starting Sunday or Monday.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CDL-A license.
• Must have a current DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment and driving record.
• Must have a clean driving record with NO more than 2 accidents OR violations within the last 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• SAP candidates are not accepted.
• Drivers MUST have HAZMAT endorsement within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a regional lane.
• Perform driver unload of palletized batteries using an electric pallet jack.
• Return core freight.
• Complete 2-3 multi-stop loads per week.
• Adhere to a schedule of 5 work days with 2 consecutive days off on the weekend.
• Start routes on Sunday or Monday.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test.
