About The Position
We are seeking CDL-A Drivers with HAZMAT endorsement for a regional lane. This role involves driver unload with an electric pallet jack and returning core. The freight consists of palletized batteries. The lane operates primarily in IN, IL, IA, MO, and WI. Drivers will typically handle 2-3 multi-stop loads per week, starting on Sunday or Monday.
Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL-A license.
- Must have a current DOT medical card.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- SAP candidates are not accepted.
- Must have a clean driving record with NO more than 2 accidents OR violations within the last 3 years.
- Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment and driving record.
- Must obtain HAZMAT endorsement within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform driver unload with an electric pallet jack.
- Return core.
- Transport palletized batteries.
- Complete multi-stop loads through the week.
