CDL A Driver - Regional Dry Van - $850 Weekly Training Pay

About The Position

We are looking for individuals who have recently obtained their CDL. This position offers a structured training program with experienced drivers, followed by a transition to solo driving with guaranteed pay and opportunities for growth. The role involves regional dry van hauling, with loads staying east of the Mississippi River. Drivers can expect to be home every two weeks.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Valid license.
• 3 years of work history.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.
• Live within 200 miles of Richmond, VA.

Nice To Haves

• Recent CDL graduates.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced driver.
• Operate a truck independently once training is complete.
• Haul dry van loads regionally, staying east of the Mississippi.
• Complete approximately 1,900 to 2,300 miles per week.
• Accept stop pay for each stop.
• Participate in a monthly bonus program.
