About The Position
This position is for a CDL-A Driver focusing on Eastern Regional Dry Van routes. It is designed to help new CDL graduates learn the job with experienced trainers and transition to solo driving. Drivers will operate within the eastern seaboard, with loads not extending far west. The role offers guaranteed weekly pay for the first three months, with potential for higher earnings based on mileage and experience. Home time is provided every two weeks.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL
- Must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Must possess a valid license
- Must have 3 years of work history
- Must have a clean record: maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Must have no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Must have no DUI/DWI in the last 5 to 10 years
- Must pass a hair and urine drug screening
- Must live within 200 miles of Mobile, AL

Responsibilities
- Ride with an experienced trainer on real loads
- Drive dry van loads up and down the eastern seaboard
- Complete approximately 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week
- Adhere to company policies regarding log checks and scales
