About The Position

This Great Lakes regional fleet hires new CDL holders and pays $900 a week during training. Drivers can expect to be home every weekend and operate within the Great Lakes regional area. The freight mix includes both drop and hook and live loads. New CDL holders will receive $900 weekly training pay and a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first 3 months after their first solo dispatch. Experienced drivers can earn between $1,100 to $1,500 average weekly gross, starting at $0.56 per mile, with $15 stop pay. Drivers can expect to drive 1,500 to 2,000 miles per week and will encounter cold weather driving in the winter.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing

Responsibilities
