About The Position
CDL-A Dedicated Team Drivers operate as established co-driver teams from the Denton, Texas hub, servicing lanes across Texas, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee. The role hauls temperature-controlled retail goods in a high-mileage reefer fleet, averaging 4,500 miles per week per team. Freight is zero-touch, with one to five live store drops per day. Drivers use late-model Freightliner and Kenworth sleeper tractors and are responsible for carefully monitoring cargo to prevent load shifts during transit. Compensation is $0.38–$0.41 split cents per mile based on overall experience, plus $15 per stop after the initial drop. The posting estimates weekly gross pay of $1,700–$2,000+ per driver, or an annual baseline of $88,000–$104,000+ per seat. Orientation and ride-along onboarding pay is $100 per day. Drivers may choose 6/1, 12/2, or 25/3 run-to-home schedules. Operations include overnight dispatches, early-morning store drops, and weekend and holiday rotations. Requirements
- Both drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Each driver must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years.
- Both drivers must pass mandatory dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology screens.

Responsibilities
- Operate as part of a two-driver team on dedicated reefer lanes from the Denton hub.
- Transport temperature-controlled retail goods across lanes in Texas, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee.
- Complete one to five live store drops per day and receive stop pay for stops after the initial drop.
- Carefully monitor cargo to prevent transit load shifts.
- Work schedules that may include overnight dispatches, early-morning store drops, and weekend or holiday rotations.
