Join an established regional reefer fleet out of Ft Morgan, CO built for active solo drivers who want consistent weekly gross pay, solid mileage, and a full corporate benefits suite. This role involves regional reefer distribution out of Ft Morgan, CO, serving CO, NE, WY, MT, UT, and ID, logging approximately 2,000 miles weekly. The freight consists of boxed meats, with 40% dock unloads and 60% hand unloads using electric pallet jacks and dollies (case weights between 50–85 lbs). Drivers will operate assigned automatic sleeper equipment. Orientation is hosted in Denver, CO. The schedule is Monday–Friday dispatch with regular weekly home resets, averaging 3–4 layovers per week. Equipment stays parked at the account yard during time off. Drivers must be skilled in winter mountain operations and chaining.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A.
Minimum of 3 months of commercial driving experience acquired within the last 6 months.
Ability to perform piece-count hand unloads.
Readiness for winter weather conditions.
Pass strict hair follicle and urine drug screens.
Skilled in winter mountain operations and chaining.

Responsibilities
