CDL-A Dedicated TARGET Driver – Up to $2,507/Week
About The Position
The CDL-A Dedicated Regional Reefer Driver hauls dedicated refrigerated retail freight for TARGET from West Jefferson, Ohio. Freight moves on preloaded tri-temp and dual-temp reefer trailers, with work consisting of shuttle runs, full loads, and store deliveries. Most stores unload the freight, and drivers observe the unloading process. Inner-city deliveries may require using a lift gate and pallet jack. Routes include downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Drivers haul 28-foot and 53-foot trailers. Drivers are home 2–3 days per week and receive a 34-hour reset. The operation runs 24/7, with overnight shifts; current operating hours are approximately 9:00 PM–12:00 PM. Runs operate seven days a week, so days off are not fixed. Pay includes mileage, stop, and detention pay. The posting lists average weekly pay of $1,900, average annual pay of $96,934, top weekly pay of $2,500, top annualized pay of $130,371, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must not be an SAP driver.
- Must be able to handle delivery requirements, including using a lift gate and pallet jack when needed.
