About The Position
Drive for a dedicated local delivery account based out of the Fredericksburg, Virginia distribution facility. Drivers average approximately 1,300 miles per week, making deliveries throughout Virginia and Maryland, and return home daily. The job involves loading and unloading freight with an electric pallet jack and reloading returned freight for transport back to the distribution center. The schedule is five days per week with two consecutive days off; weekend work is included, and the current opening is for a night shift. Drivers must commute to the facility using reliable personal transportation. Compensation includes approximately $1,650 in average weekly pay and $86,892 in average annualized pay, with top pay of up to $1,750 weekly or $90,220 annually. Pay includes CPM, load, and stop pay.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable loading and unloading freight.
- Able to operate an electric pallet jack.
- Willing to work nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to the distribution facility.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
