About The Position
Established customer freight and weekly home time help create a dependable schedule for drivers looking for consistent miles. This position involves hauling refrigerated freight, typically boxed beef, poultry, pork, and general commodities, with operating lanes throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S. Drivers can expect to average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, with steady freight volume throughout the year across core markets.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Acceptable driving history.
- Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate 53' refrigerated trailers.
- Meet current DOT medical certification standards.
Responsibilities
- Haul refrigerated freight, including boxed beef, poultry, pork, and general commodities.
- Operate within Midwest and Eastern U.S. operating lanes.
- Maintain an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week.
- Ensure customer freight is delivered according to schedule.
- Adhere to all DOT medical certification standards.
- Maintain an acceptable driving history.
