About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for an easier dedicated home weekly freight position. This role offers predictable scheduling and consistent Virginia and West Virginia routes. Drivers can expect to earn between $1,450 to $1,650 per week in a dedicated operation designed for reliable home time and steady freight flow. The freight includes a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries using powered pallet jacks. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner and Kenworth equipment.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Must live within the hiring area.
- Drivers must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the regular schedule.
- Powered pallet jack experience is helpful but training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A truck on dedicated Virginia and West Virginia routes.
- Perform weekly 34-hour resets at home.
- Handle freight deliveries, including powered pallet jack unloads.
- Manage a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries.
- Adhere to predictable scheduling and consistent freight movement.
- Take 10-hour breaks at home during weekly reset periods if within 30 miles of the distribution center and route timing allows.
