About The Position

Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast, and we're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for balanced regional freight scheduling with practical weekday movement, consistent miles, and dependable weekend home time. This position offers regional, no-touch freight with a mix of drop and hook, and drivers will be assigned their own Freightliner Cascadia equipment. The running area covers the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. Drivers can expect to be home every weekend with a 48-hour reset.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience
  • Professional CDL-A drivers who understand the work and want to drive for a carrier that operates with integrity

Responsibilities

  • Operate a CDL-A truck for regional freight.
  • Handle no-touch freight with a mix of drop and hook.
  • Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off.
  • Ensure timely trip flow and focus on driving.
  • Utilize assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipment.
