About The Position

White's Auto Mall CDJR in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join its Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram Service Team. Technicians maintain and repair vehicles, diagnose malfunctions, communicate repair needs, and document work to support customer satisfaction. The role offers the opportunity to work with current CDJR vehicle technology in a collaborative service department. The dealership is family-owned and has been under family ownership for over 100 years.

Requirements

At least 2 years of technician experience.
Proficiency with new vehicle technologies.
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
Proficient computer skills.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs promptly.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs needed.
Communicate mechanical issues and repairs effectively to Service Advisors.
Document testing and repairs performed on work orders.
Perform multipoint inspections and include pictures and videos.
Stay current on technical information and technologies through formal training sessions.
