About The Position

As a Corporate Development Acquisition Integration Manager for Corporate Development Integration (CDI), you will contribute to both the design and day-to-day execution of Cisco’s M&A integration practice. You will evolve the practice’s integration methodology, operating model, and playbooks, and deploy, coach, and optimize those capabilities on active deals so integrations are executed consistently. You will help define and build the practice’s AI strategy and roadmap, incubating next-generation capabilities and emerging technologies such as AI agents. Working with Integration Leads and deal teams on active deals, you will experiment with, refine, and deploy new tools and approaches; prioritize and pilot promising capabilities; measure their impact; and transition validated capabilities into standard practice. In partnership with the IMO and deal teams from diligence through execution, you will activate governance and best practices, including AI-enabled tools, validate plans, strengthen readiness, and identify process risks early. You will simplify and standardize processes, coach adoption of AI and other new capabilities across the integration community, and use practitioner feedback, adoption metrics, process performance, and AI-driven insights to continuously improve the methodology and roadmap. Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally follow a hybrid work model, with two days of in-office attendance each week and limited exceptions.
