About The Position

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is hiring a CCTV Operator to operate a CCTV Camera Truck, map out projects, and contribute to construction and infrastructure work. The role includes field locating, site inspections, creating digital locate sketches, and operating and driving a computer service vehicle. The position requires attention to detail, a safety-conscious approach, customer interaction, and the physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions. Candidates must be willing to work variable shifts with extended hours and travel up to 25%. Personal protective equipment is provided. Candidates must undergo a physical examination and pre-employment screening, including a driver’s abstract review and drug and alcohol test. Badger Infrastructure Solutions provides non-destructive hydro-excavation services to customers in oil and gas, energy, industrial, construction, transportation, and government markets in Canada and the United States.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Customer-service focus and comfort interacting with customers.
Enthusiasm for working as part of a safety-focused, collaborative team.
Technology aptitude.

Nice To Haves

NASSCO Certification (preferred but not required).
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certifications (preferred).
CCTV experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Operate field data electromagnetic induction locating equipment.
Perform project site inspections while reading project sheets and maps.
Attend safety meetings.
Operate and drive a computer service vehicle while maintaining inventory and safe storage.
Create digital locate sketches for job sites.
