About The Position

A member of the home office Center for Clinical Excellence team providing CCE support in accordance with established procedures. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration analytics.
  • Appropriate work experience and/or college degree in the Qualification/ Knowledge/Skills area.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
  • Demonstrates clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and objectivity required.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and professional documents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions or make appropriate recommendations when circumstances warrant such action.

Responsibilities

  • Provides CCE support to the appropriate functional area in an environment to include:
  • Assists in the daily operation of the Center for Clinical Excellence department by responding to phone calls, e-mails and providing clerical support to the team.
  • Utilizes Vision and other applicable system to extract, sort, and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Generates and distributes reports on an as needed basis.
  • Documents processes and update procedures as needed.
  • Performs regular data integrity audits in EHR or other identified systems and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • May support key CCE processes such as Relias, medical record review, QRM, BRM, or other areas as identified.
  • Ensures data integrity while maintaining HIPAA in accordance with EverTrue policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Coordinates approved communication and marketing for functional area through appropriate media outlets.
  • Serves as the EverTrueLink “Superuser” for functional area ensuring all information is properly maintained and organized.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
