About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable CBRF Medication Aides to join our team. In this role, you will ensure safe and accurate medication administration while providing supportive, quality care to our residents. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities. Requirements
- Active CBRF Certificate
- At least 1 year of medication administration and caregiving experience
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
- Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with CBRF regulations.
- Accurately document medication administration, monitor residents for changes in condition, and report concerns.
- Provide reassurance and support to residents overnight.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and leadership teams.
