This role is responsible for performing the duties of an Aircraft Logs and Records Clerk. The specialist will update, maintain, and verify various technical directive system lists and reports, as well as maintain and upkeep TRACE CADPAD Modules for aircraft and ejection seats AESR Records. Key tasks include drafting engine transaction reports, end-of-quarter engine reports, OPNAV XRAY and quarterly aircraft audit reports, and operating NALCOMIS OOMA for NAVFLIR data entry. The position also involves compiling the Monthly Maintenance Plan, submitting required CDRLs, and maintaining OOMA component Auto Log-Sets (ALS) with installation and usage data. The specialist will monitor aircraft configuration status, weight and balance, and inventory data for accuracy, and maintain the depot event induction/receipt schedule with necessary pre-induction reports. A crucial part of the role is reviewing NALCOMIS OOMA Auto Log-Set (ALS) maintenance documents to ensure program requirements are met, and coordinating with PMO, customers, and work centers on aircraft history/logbook matters. The role also includes providing technical assistance, maintaining work area cleanliness, adhering to Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules, and following the Company Tool Control Program.
