The ultimate liaison, a Catering Services Manager is able to pull together all the pieces and departments necessary to execute a successful and memorable event. They are comfortable supporting, managing, and supervising others. This individual is a true visionary who can see the big picture and has the knowledge and experience to take something from pen and paper to reality.

Requirements

Prior Conference Services experience required
Guest-first mentality; approachable, personable, professional
Thorough understanding of the property and amenities; work with sales teams on current promotions and packages, as needed
Effective communication skills across multiple teams
Organized and effective

Responsibilities

Conduct client tours of spaces
Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
Monitor group room blocks and pick up, generate detailed resumes for operating departments
Maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices
