About The Position

Join our team as a Catering Server, assisting with food service at resident and employee events at our Continuing Care Retirement Community! This per diem role offers flexible hours on weekdays and weekends. Compensation: $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills
• Specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
