Position Summary: We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Server / Event Team Members to support a variety of LMH-sponsored events, including corporate meetings, celebrations, community gatherings, and special functions. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service, maintaining a polished appearance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

Must maintain a clean, polished, and event-appropriate look; uniform or dress code adherence required.
Friendly, courteous, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of guests.
Consistent attendance and on-time arrival are essential.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25–40 lbs, and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Prior serving, catering, or event experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and service stations.
Clean and reset event spaces and properly store equipment.
Provide attentive, professional service to guests; serve drinks, deliver meals, pass hors d’oeuvres, monitor buffet stations, refill beverages, and maintain clean service areas.
Greet attendees, answer questions, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout the event.
Work closely with event leads, catering staff, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
