About The Position

We are looking for a Catering Server to join our team at Ford Field. Levy, a leader in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry, is committed to creating unforgettable experiences through creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and a passion for great food. We operate in over 200 entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues across the country. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, efficiently delivering items to guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements

Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients.
Advises guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested.
Accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences.
Demonstrates knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
Exhibits exceptional communications skills.
Demonstrates ability to get along well with others.
Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
Follows proper cash-handling procedures.
Maintains a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared.
Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with operating a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established service steps.
Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Follow up with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests and accommodating reasonable requests.
Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with others, remaining flexible and patient.
Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
