Rōti® is looking for a relationship-driven, results-oriented Catering Sales Representative to help grow its catering business across the Minneapolis and Washington, DC markets. In this part-time role (25 hours per week), you will serve as the face of Rōti catering in your assigned markets—building relationships with local businesses, identifying new opportunities, and creating memorable catering experiences that keep customers coming back. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by achieving measurable results. You will partner closely with restaurant operations and marketing teams to drive catering revenue while introducing more guests to Rōti's fresh, flavorful Mediterranean cuisine. The role is remote, supporting the Minneapolis and Washington, DC markets, with occasional travel (approximately 5%).
