We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering sales, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for our culture and cuisine. As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving catering sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of catering events. Commission will be given on catering brought in.
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the catering and hospitality industry, with insights into market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine and The Great Greek's mission to deliver authentic, fresh, and delicious food.
Responsibilities
- Drive Catering Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve catering sales targets and increase revenue.
- Client Relationships: Source, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all details are managed and clients receive top-notch service.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of catering services.
- Promote Brand Values: Embody and promote The Great Greek's values of excellence, hospitality, and authenticity in all interactions and operations.
- Operational Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the restaurant operations team during off-peak periods to support the customer experience
