About The Position

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for building lasting client relationships and booking events that meet hotel revenue goals. This role involves personally detailing and servicing all groups to perfection, prospecting for new business through various channels including phone calls, events, and community networking, and crafting and adjusting sales action plans. The position also requires partnering across departments such as Sales, Kitchen, and Operations to ensure seamless event experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Catering/Event Sales Experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and event software.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
  • Customer Obsessed: Committed to client happiness and building trust.
  • Organizational Agility: Knows who to call and how to get things done quickly and effectively.
