About The Position

We're looking for a relationship-driven Catering Sales Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences while growing catering and event business at one of Alabama's premier resort destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new catering business by building relationships with local organizations, businesses, event planners, and community partners
  • Consult with clients to design customized events, menus, and experiences that exceed expectations
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully manage events from inquiry through execution
  • Partner closely with Culinary, Event Operations, and Resort Leadership to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding guest satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through creative event solutions and exceptional client service
