The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort is seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join their team as a Catering Sales Manager. The position involves building strong relationships, developing creative catering solutions, growing the business, and providing outstanding customer service in a seaside setting. The resort is a 200-room beachfront property known for its classic Southern charm and incredible views.

Requirements

Proven track record in catering sales, hospitality, or event planning.

Responsibilities

Build successful relationships with corporate, social, and wedding clients.
Understand client needs and create personalized proposals, menus, and event plans.
Work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client's experience.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Manage the sales pipeline.
Conduct site visits and tastings.
Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
