The primary responsibility of this role is to generate banquet revenue for the hotel within designated markets, aligning with goals set by the Director of Catering. This position is an integral participant in the initiatives of the Catering Sales Department, the Sales and Marketing Department, and the hotel. Key objectives include prospecting for new business, fostering lasting relationships with current clients, and developing new business opportunities.
