About The Position

The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is seeking candidates for the position of Catering Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning team. The Catering Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Catering Sales Director in all aspects related to Sales/Catering. This role performs any clerical and administrative duties related to guest and hotel communications, hosting property tours, assist in scheduling, set up, and successful execution of catered events etc. The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is part of the Hotels Unlimited family of hotels. Requirements

Experience in Sales environment

Responsibilities

Upsell clients and improve efficiency of food and beverage options
Act as a liaison between the Catering Sales Director and clients
Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle all customer inquiries in a professional manner
Manages calendars and arranges appointments
Supports the Catering Sales Director on various tasks like reaching out to clients, working on contracts, etc.
Performs other duties capable of being performed as requested by Management
