The manager will also lead the sales process for catering services, collaborate with clients on customized events, maintain client relationships, and ensure staff have the necessary resources. A key aspect of the role is establishing and maintaining a safe work environment, enforcing food and physical safety standards, and managing financial performance through cost control. The manager will supervise and direct team members, support training, onboarding, scheduling, and daily staffing needs.
