Town and Country Resort is a 23‑acre California icon in bustling Mission Valley, blending mid‑century style with modern SoCal energy. With 671 renovated guestrooms and suites, multiple dining outlets—including ARLO, Lapper, Lap It Up, and The MRKT—plus 295,050 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space and a sprawling pool complex featuring three pools, a waterslide, cabanas, and fire pits, we’re built for both everyday escapes and large‑scale gatherings. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of catering events from first inquiry to final applause.
  • Build strong client relationships by listening, advising, and delivering beyond expectations.
  • Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential.
  • Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow.
  • Be the go-to problem solver on event days—cool under pressure, quick on your feet.
  • Maintain accuracy in billing, proposals, and internal systems.
