The Catering Manager will oversee all catering operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from initial inquiry through event execution. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, coordinating logistics, and maintaining Black Family Hospitality’s standards of hospitality, food quality, and service excellence across all catered events. The Catering Manager will work closely with restaurant leadership, culinary teams, and event partners to ensure seamless execution of on-site and off-site events. This individual will also support business growth by identifying new catering opportunities, maintaining strong community relationships, and delivering memorable experiences that reflect the BFH brand.
