Requirements
- Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas)
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage

Responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth catering experience for clients.
- Preparing dry goods and food.
- Ensuring timely delivery and presentation of catering orders.
- Fostering relationships with current clients and seeking new opportunities for catering expansion within the community.
- Managing the catering order process from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them promptly as per client expectations.
- Assembling and verifying catering orders to ensure accuracy, while implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy.
- Handling orders promptly, including orders that arise on occasional nights and weekends, with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor towards clients.
- Fulfilling hourly duties within the restaurant during down times, which may include cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed.
