About The Position

The Catering Key Operations Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all catering events. The position supervises sales and event-order communications, service-staff scheduling and training, event planning and delivery, setup and cleanup, and accurate invoicing. This is a permanent position that may be assigned to one account or may support multiple accounts for large events, account retention, or coverage during leaves of absence.

Requirements

At least two years of similar work experience.
Ability to interact with a diverse, high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ability to operate a web-based ordering system and process customer requests, order changes, menu updates, and client profiles.
Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to write professional and efficient emails to clients and customers.
Ability to meet company-specific uniform standards.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
General hospitality knowledge and an interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
