About The Position

Sifted is reimagining the office lunch hour by creating data-driven experiences for destination workplaces. They provide experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies, delivering chef-made lunches to offices. Sifted is seeking a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch, and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values creating an exceptional event experience. A personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and active insurance are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Requirements

Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and active insurance
Must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, squat, and reach

Responsibilities

Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
Meeting with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
