About The Position

Sifted is reimagining the office lunch hour by creating data-driven experiences for destination workplaces. We provide experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies, offering chef-made, hand-delivered lunches. Sifted is seeking a customer experience-focused professional to deliver and serve lunch, and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about pop-up events and understands all the elements that contribute to an exceptional event experience. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and active insurance.

Requirements

Must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)
Requires the use of a personal vehicle along with a valid driver's license and active insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, squat, and reach

Responsibilities

Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
Meeting with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
Collecting feedback including specific metrics and reporting back to the Community Manager
Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
