About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3 years minimum management experience
3 years minimum work experience in food or culinary services (restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.)
A rock-solid background in high-end kitchens
Knowledge of modern food trends
Exceptional communication skills
Authority to command a kitchen while maintaining uncompromising culinary standards
Natural talent for coaching and helping others grow
Passion for food, experimenting with new flavors, and bringing creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of strategic purchasing, inventory, and food cost analysis.
Utilize production forecasting to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Ensure all plates meet client expectations, maintaining high standards for recipes and food quality.
Lead, develop, and motivate the team to embrace culinary innovations and stay ahead of global food trends.
Enforce rigorous food safety, HACCP compliance, and maintain a zero-compromise kitchen environment through meticulous cleanliness, strict sanitation audits, and daily adherence to health and safety standards.
