Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of customers and staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
  • Always present a professional appearance and demeanor during the workday.
  • Excellent organizational/ planning skills and Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment.
  • Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event.
  • Set up tables, top chairs and tables for catered events as assigned by the Catering Supervisor/Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set all glassware silverware, dinnerware, and additional set-up necessities in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all catered areas have been left in a sanitary and organized manner.
  • Serve all functions in a professional, courteous, efficient manner.
  • Break down all catering areas after event.
  • Support the planning and execution of a variety of corporate, entertainment, and special events while ensuring a high level of guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in vendor management, client relations, logistics coordination, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality event experiences.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
