About The Position

Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company whose drivers represent the company and its restaurant partners. The Catering Delivery Driver picks up large catering orders and delivers and sets up food at locations such as office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues. Drivers follow delivery instructions carefully, represent the brands professionally, and take clean setup photos at drop-off. The position is for catering deliveries only; fast food, grocery deliveries, and gig stacking are not part of the work. Drivers should be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts, typically 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The business operates from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Sunday, with the busiest days generally Tuesday through Friday.

Requirements

Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
Have a valid driver's license and insurance.
Have a smartphone with internet or data access.
Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
