About The Position

Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company that works with national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers serve as an extension of Meals Now’s and its restaurant clients’ brands, providing clean, professional, and consistent service. The role focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, not fast food, grocery deliveries, or gig stacking. Drivers pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners, deliver and set up food at locations such as office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues, follow delivery instructions carefully, and take clean setup photos at drop-off. Compensation is $18–$50+ per delivery, with payment the next day via Gigsafe and additional incentives for on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality. This is an independent contractor role serving the Miami Gardens, Florida market.

Requirements

Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
Have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Have a smartphone with internet/data.
Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts (8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST).
Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
