About The Position
Meals Now is seeking an independent contractor to deliver catering orders in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The company describes itself as a white-glove catering delivery service trusted by national brands, with drivers representing both Meals Now and its restaurant partners. The work focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, not fast food, groceries, or stacking other gig deliveries. Drivers pick up large orders, deliver and set up food at locations such as offices, hospitals, schools, and event venues, follow instructions carefully, and take clean setup photos at drop-off. Compensation is per delivery, with payment the next day through Gigsafe and additional incentives tied to on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
- Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
- Have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Have a smartphone with internet access or data.
- Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts; the listed time window is 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
- Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
- Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
Responsibilities

- Represent Meals Now and restaurant partners professionally, punctually, and courteously.
