Catering Coordinator
About The Position
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a talented Full or Part-Time Catering Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and offer unique menu selections from scratch-baked breads and pastries to incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches, all made with honest, whole ingredients. The company is committed to community involvement, donating day-old bread to local charities, and supporting team members' work/life balance by being closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- 1+ years of fast-paced fast/casual restaurant/retail experience or catering experience.
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
- Experience with driving sales, meeting operational goals, and thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
