About The Position

Panera Bread is seeking Catering Coordinators to join their team. This role is key to the success of their catering business, involving customer interaction for event planning, order selection, addressing customer needs, and ensuring timely and accurate food delivery. The position also requires managing catering order production and personally delivering orders to customer events, aiming to provide extraordinary guest experiences and contribute to the company's culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust. The role also involves supporting management and the team.

Requirements

• Great communication skills.
• Love working with people.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, acceptable automobile insurance, and “smart” cell phone.
• Must have your own vehicle that you can use for delivering orders, and you have an acceptable driving record.
• Committed to food safety and health safety.
• At least 18 years of age.
